At JustBest, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you have 5 days from the delivery date to request a return.

 Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Returns must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your order.

Personalized/custom items

Items marked as Final Sale

How to Start a Return

Email us at ahn030193@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with instructions and a return address.

Ship the item back to us (return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at ahn030193@gmail.com with photos. We’ll make it right.
